Dear Thomas:  Important? Pseudo?  In the Code Glossary under "type" you will
find a listing of different types - some regulated by the Code, others not;
some recognized by the Code, others not. What is not listed here is hardly
of any formal nomenclatural importance.

To me the important distinction is between what is a name-bearing type and
what is not.
