Russian places ?

Dear fellow netters and especially our friends in Russia and former Sovjet
countries.

Please respond directly to me, not to the list.

I have following problem, I am not able to locate the contents of two labels.

        Tyloa
        orp oz Xagblh
        or .... Xagbih
and

        Tyloa
        env. Urygruok
        or Hrygruok

There is no indication of country, I suppose it is Russian, maybe near
border of China.

I can't read it completely, except for Tyloa.

I checked Times atlas but didn't find anything in the neigboorhood.

Can you help me out.
