The word butterfy in other countries and languages

Dear Taxacomers, I have thank all colleagues who had fun and helped me by
sending so many different words for butterfly all over the world. I
assembled many on a world map, and Lena could take it as a large poster to
the school today. The kids were very interested to see the difefrences the
between the languages. I received also a list presented in Entomo-L
recently, but now I seem to have even more expressions. I will try to get
everything in a nice table and if there's interest I will be happy to
distribute it further - also for additions and corrections (there are still
some areas left such as in Afrika). So thanks again to all, DIETER
