New Program Announcement for Biological Research Collections

Patient Friends-

Since Tuesday afternoon of this week the new program announcement for
Biological Research Collections (BRC) has been available via the NSF website,
at least in its ASCII text form.  The PDF abd html versions have still not
made it up.  You may access it via the NSF homepage by going through the
document search function and requesting "NSF 98-126."

We have tried very hard to make it perfectly clear, but realize that some
things, inevitably, will require clarification.  Please do not hesitate to
e-mail me with your questions.
