Why described twice the same species.

dear colleagues,
I feel little confused:
but Edoardo Gridelli described Bioramix Trichoplatyscelis paludani ( as
Platyscelis Trichoplatyscelis paludani) plus another species, kaszabi,
afghanistana etc. in paper "Catalogo ragionato delle specie della famigl=
ia
Tenebrionidae a me note dell=C1fghanistan " in 1954 on page 269... as new
species
One year later in paper " 3rd danish Expedition : Tenebrionidae from
Afghanistan" 1955 on page 63 he described the same species under same nam=
e
again.
Why?
