I wonder what the licensing structure is? Does the server institution
pays for the use? Or would each user need a local copy of Intkey, a
license of which would be 400 US $ (?)
I think the latter would seriously impede the usefulness of this
approach. As an organisation, you would reach only a very limited
user group (those with enough money).
