Humboldt Institute and MOUs

I am trying to find out more about museums that have some kind of MOU with =
the Humboldt Institute for biological collections data sharing vis-a-vis =
holdings from Colombia (and possibly other areas). I need to find out more =
about this program and anyone's impressions of its costs and benefits. =
