More misteries.......from the Atlantic Rain Forest...

 Dear All,

   I am no botanist, nor a good photographer, but there is a small termite
   in the Atlantic Rain Forest which is associated with the roots of several
   species of tropical plants.

   I would be very pleased if anyone could provide clues as to the names
   of the plants involved (species, genus or family...).

   I put a rather large pic on my home page! You have to move with your
   windows frame somewhat to the right and then you will find a small,
   conical earth mound where a plant grows out which divides into two
   twigs.......
