serious for a moment -

as long as we are on this type of thing, i could do with a serious list of
all the "types"  as in holo, ala, para and the like. I know there is a
list but i have not seen it for years.

if anyone has it could and would they please post it to me in private as
we need not clutter up the net with this one.
