Dear Botanical Colleagues:

About a year from now I will be teaching an upper division,
one-semester, 4-credit course (lab included) entitled "Anatomy and
Morphogenesis of Plants", which includes vascular and non-vascular
plants.

For those who have recently taught a similar course, I would be grateful
to receive your input regarding:
1. Which text(s) you prefer and why
2. Which teaching aids (videos, software, prepared mounts, etc.) you
have found most useful
3. A copy of your syllabus
4. Which concept(s) students have found most difficult (e.g. alternation
of generations).

Please reply directly to me. If anyone would like a summary of the
responses I will be happy to send them along.

With thanks for your assistance,

Neil Snow
