Several of you have asked. There seems to be a website (i have checked it
and it is plant related and ICXN (???) approved) at:
http://fp.bio.utk.edu/mycology/nom-type.htm     it is missing several of
the terms that atleast are/havebeen used in entomology but is of
interestest and putting in your bookmarks.

also suggested is a publication which i have not had time to check out:

if anyone happens to have a copy and would like to send it to the bug
closet it would be appreciated, otherwise after the holidays will try to
get the folks in ILL to get it for me.
