New NBII Newsletter (fwd)

I'm not sure why this announcement is dated Dec 7, but the newsletter
that's currently available is the Sept issue. Maybe it just took
a while to get the online version installed?   Anyway, fyi...

     FYI:   The first issue of the new NBII quarterly newsletter ("Access")
     is now available online on NBII at

     If you have suggestions for articles for future editions, please
     contact Ron Sepic (ron_sepic at usgs.gov) or Anne Frondorf
     (anne_frondorf at usgs.gov).    Printed versions of the newsletter are
     also available from Ron or Anne.    The next issue should be out in
     January.
