Herbarium News

Dear colleagues,

After an extended hiatus we have resumed preparation of Herbarium News,
but as an on-line, web accessible, publication that is available at:

http://hoya.mobot.org/mobot/research/herbarium

The ten major sections of the printed version have been maintained as
separate "pages".  New items will be added to the appropriate section as
they are received, while older items will be removed periodically to keep
the pages to a manageable size.  Please distribute the Herbarium News URL
to any colleagues who might have an interest in herbarium-related
activities.

I hope readers will continue to find this an appropriate venue for
information about activities that are of interest to the herbarium
community.  I encourage anyone with news items to submit them, as well as
comments about the content and presentation style, to me at the address
below.
