contact in SE Asia

Hi all,

I am conducting a collaborative research on Cornales.  We need to
collect materials for the genus Masixia from southeastern Asia.  Does
anyone know any people in India, Thailand, Burma, or other countries in
SE Asia that we should contact to obtain support for our field trips?
The person who did the revision of Mastixia in India has retired and is
not doing botany any more.  Our letters to botanical institutes or
universities in India have been ignored.
