I agree with Dr Ceska. If the IAPT constitution is being reviewed, as seems
desirable, how about a change to set a limit on the numbers of councillors from
any one country? This is the procedure followed by IUBS, for example.
Of course, this is only one set of nominations. Surely we can hope to see more
nominations to ensure as democratic an election as is possible in one of these
international bodies?
