Sex in Salix

Dear Taxacomers,
Recently I came across a problem with sex determination in Salix.  No
clear statements about this problem were found in the recent
literature.  Can anyone let me know a reliable study on this
phenomenon.
I have some data on sex determination in other genera, but I have not
yet found an overall study of the whole Plant Kingdom, I mean a kind
of survey with the (many ?) different mechanisms of sex
differentiation.
Also here I will greatly appreciate your help in finding more data.
