I have just posted Newsletter 10 to the Web at:

If you think that the two maps look slightly drunk, you are right. I glued
them to the paper incorrectly and do not have the time to straighten them
up.  The grass illustration looks much better in the original.

The paper version (which has a different grass illustration) will be sent
out tomorrow.  The newsletter is not copyrighted.
