Date of thesis

I want to find out when Hiroshi Terao submitted his PhD thesis entitled
'Taxonomic study of the genus Strobilanthes Bl. (Acanthaceae).  Generic
delimitation and infrageneric classification'at the University of Kyoto
Japan.

If anyone knows the date of publication, or knows how I can find it out
quickly, I would be grateful for the information.
