Autonym hierarchy

Dear Dr Adams,

no, this is not implied in the Code, and certainly not in Art. 2.
Art. 22.3 has "the corresponding [!] autonym", in singular. Art.
11.6 makes it clear that an autonym is established by a name "of the
same date and renk". Most importantly, Art. 11.2 limits priority to
the particular rank at which any one name is used.
