fastDNAml question

Dear All,
Are there any users of Olsen et al.'s fastDNAml program out there? I need
help with the user tree option. I have found fastDNAml works great for
run-of-the-mill ML analyses, however, it doesn't seem to want to accept
user trees, no matter what I do. The format of my data file is as follows:

 3 10 F G Q U
X ACGTGCTAGA
Y ACGTGCTGGA
Z AGGTGCTGGA
2
(X,(Y,Z))
((X,Y),Z)

>From what I can make out from the documentation, this is the correct format
for the user-trees option. I have tried a number of other things, such as
putting the trees on one line and omitting the space between the 2 and the
first tree, but nothing works. The program tells me: "Problem reading
number of user trees". I would very much appreciate any comments on this.

Thanks
