INFO on BRAHMS ???

Folks,
        Do nay of the Botanists on taxacom have seen, used or heard about
BRAHMS (Botanical research and Herbarium Management System) ?? I've tryed
to find information on the web but did not find anything. I would
appreciate comments from users.
