 University of California Berkely developed a method for bleaching pulp
Using Pozone, a compound of phosphporous and ozone. This gets the paper
vey light. Pozone also can treat many toxic wastes like dioxins, pcb's,
etc. It can be used as a preparatory process to treat other organic
wastes. ( I think organic are harder to treat than inorganic or the other
way around). They license their technological developments.
