Need for neotype

It seems like another option is to find a species different from the Author
2 name that fits the description of the Author 1 name, but that has an
older name. Neotypify the Author 1 name with the holotype of the older
name. This renders the Author 1 name automatically superfluous, and the
Author 2 name then has a solid claim on the intended species.
