Permits query

I am trying to get a comprehensive permits page up.  A test version is
available at my web site, at URL:
http://sevilleta.unm.edu/~lruedas/permits.html

This is just an INCOMPLETE test page with some US states, and some
countries.  I would really, REALLY appreciate feedback and additional
permit information as regards states and countries not represented in my
page.  Please do answer.  Such an endeavour cannot work without
information from many sources...
