Yes, if I understood Hennig correctly. The human observer is able to
observe ontogenetic relations (development) and tokogenetic relations=20
(reproduction).
This suggests that there are phylogenetic relations (macroevolution) as
well.
But phylogenetic relations are formulated as hypotheses. They cannot be
directly observed.
