To all...
There's a whole host of plants that change all or part
of their floral color upon pollination. In addition to
the several already mentioned, there's Trillium (white
to pink) and Lupinus and Aesculur (the banner blotches
change).  The article by Weiss as well as the "old"
reference by Proctor and Yeo are good sources.
