journal?

I am curious to know the publisher, availability etc. of the "Journal of
MetaBioSystematics" from which a recent correspondent cited an article as
support for his position. I cannot find the journal in any of the standard
references, nor is the term "MetaBioSystematics" something that appears
by searching the web or usenet newsgroups using altavista.
