Wyndam Garden Hotel

December 13-14, 1997
Meeting Site: All ECN meetings will be held in the Wyndam Garden Hotel,
starting at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, December 13. Presentations are scheduled
for all day Saturday and will continue on Sunday morning for papers and
the annual business meeting.
Pre-registration: Fees will be $25 with an on-site registration of $35.
Please make your check payable to Gail Manning (NOT to ECN) at the
address provided below.
On-Site Registration and Check-in: Available Friday evening December 12
from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and again at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday
morning.
Please check-in on Friday evening if possible.
Accommodations: Rooms have been arranged with the Wyndam Garden Hotel
(1112 Airport Center Drive, Nashville; [615] 889-9090, fax: 885-1564) at
$79.50 / night (sorry, best we could do!), single or double occupancy. Please
register before November 20 for the group rate. The hotel is located
close to the airport and about 2 miles from Opryland, site of the ESA
meetings. Full services are available including pool, hot tub and exercise
room.The hotel is convenient for a number of local restaurants. Free shuttle
service is available to the airport, but unfortunately, not to Opryland.
