Would someone please help me translate this latin phrase:

costulis teneris 10-8 utrinque patulis ante marginem arcuato-unitis,
tenerioribus interpositis, tenerrime reticulatis

my attempt as follows:

midvein on both sides with 10-8 delicate (?veins) that diverge at 75
degrees but before the margin curve and unite, ?, placed between, ?
reticulations
