There is no problem, as the Botanical and Zoological Codes are independent ...
now.  If the move to a uniform Biological Code progresses, it will have to
deal with such situations as regards priority.  This is not the only example;
the angiosperm genus Cyanea that I am monographing shares its name with, I
believe, a jellyfish.
