The "Catalog of the Diptera of the Australasian and Oceanian Regions",
originally published in 1989 is now available on the web at:

http://www.bishop.hawaii.org/bishop/ento/aocat/

This web version includes updated taxonomic and nomenclatural information
for family chapters that have been published since the original catalog
appeared. Over 3/4 of the family chapters are available for viewing at
this time. The remaining chapters are currently being updated and will be
made available in the near future. This web version of the catalog will be
continually updated as new information is published. To ensure that each
family chapter is up-to-date and accurate, please send comments and/or
reprints to Neal L. Evenhuis at the address below so that they may be
included in future updates.

A few copies of the original version of the Catalog are still available from
