mentioned in my previous e-mail message regarding standardized authorship
names:

Brummitt, R. K. and C. E. Powell (eds.).  1992.  Authors of plant names.
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, Great Britain.  732 pp.

"The International Working Group on Taxonomic Databases for Plant Sciences
(TDWG) has endorsed this list as a standard for the citation of authors of
plant names."

I have no idea how much it currently costs, but doubtless other Taxacom
folks would know.
