That message came from a student at the College of Eastern Utah. A few
complaints to postmaster at st.ceu.edu (the conjugation of that last bit might
also be ac.ceu.edu or just plain ceu.edu - it's hard to determine) will
probably serve the purpose, and I have already sent one. As a rule of
thumb, action is usually quick, so messages sent after noon on Tuesday,
March 5 are probably superfluous. One from our listowner, Jim Beach, would
probably be most effective, of course.
