The genus Tetranema (Scrophulariaceae) in Costa Rica

        Congratulations and bravo!  We study a nature in color.  Electronic
publishing allows us to report and disseminate  the results in color
economically.  Now it's time to start instituting electronic peer-review
mechanisms that would allow the systematic community to emend the paralytic
stricture in the Code of having to name new taxa in print in order for them
to be considered valid.
