This is an interesting follow-up to some of the recent discussions on
electronic publication; I'm not sure it's directly pertinent (since the
electronic pub is still being treated as an unpublished manuscript), but
the concept and practice described below is worth knowing about. Besides
that, some folks here may have information they can send to Dr. Stauffer.
