Electronic publications

I have to *insert my twenty thousand ukr.krb. coin* into the discussion
about electronic taxonomic publication.

Do  we care  for   the nomenclature  stability and  conservation of  the
information or for our own ability to add one more paper to the list  of
personal publications in a very easy way?

The taxonomy must be conservative.

Any new information adds entropy to the system.
Adding a new way of information input will increase the entropy a cut
above. It does not look wise, at least.

Let us follow the golden Ockham's razor, please... Do not try to surpass
the progress that approaches close to the edge of abyss. ;-)
