genus Ambystoma

I am presently doing a taxonomic review of salamanders of the genus
Ambystoma in Canada for a fourth year taxonomy course.  I have looked all
over for the number of costal grooves on the members of the Ambystoma
laterale-jeffersonianum complex (A. laterale, A. jeffersonianum, A.
plantineum and A. tremblayi).  I would appreciate any input if you have
it.
