New URL for the DMA GeoNet server

I've just found that the DMA (Defense Mapping Agency) GeoNet server has
moved. The GeoNet server is now found on the DMA home page, under the
heading Products.   Start at  http:\\www.dma.gov

   The GNIS server has the same URL as the last time it was given on this list:
         http://www-nmd.usgs.gov/www/gnis/gnisform.html
