TDWG-96 2nd announcement, FAX # correction

     The fax number given in two places in the TDWG-96 2nd announcement
     posted earlier today should be corrected to read (the last seven
     digits) 978 5878.  The fax number on the web pages will be correct.
     This change is one of the several necessitated by recent
     reorganization at the ROM.  I apologize for the inconvenience.
