Commercial ads

How about requesting that discussion of commercial product either contain
or point to reviews?  ...and stick to description of capabilities in as
objective a manner as possible?  It seems that among underlying concerns
there are the following:

        avoiding a flood of ads
        avoiding a "jive" tone to TAXACOM communications.

Perhaps, a separate reflector for such reviews would
create more of a barrier.  Is there such a reflector in existence?

By the way, if anyone has experience with Strategic Mapping's Atlas
software and applying geocoded data bases to multiple maps, I'd love
to hear from them by email.
