POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT - HYMENOPTERA PHYLOGENY
A postdoctoral research assistant position will be available at the Natural
History Museum (London) from 1st October, to work on the phylogeny of
apocritan Hymenoptera using traditional and novel non-molecular characters
and data from fossils. This joint project funded by the Leverhulme Trust
involves Imperial College, The Natural History Museum and the Institute for
Palaeontology, Moscow. The post is for 3 years with a starting salary
(university scale) of pounds sterling 18,120 (including London allowance).
Requests for further information and/or applications (by letter and cv) are
invited from postdocs preferably with experience in cladistic analysis,
micro-dissection and/or electron microscopy.
