That's because at the weekend the Biodiversity server has moved to:

http://www.keil.ukans.edu/

and Delta is now:

http://www.keil.ukans.edu/delta/

The machine was online again a short while ago I am pleased to report.

However Delta is also at:  ftp://spider.ento.csiro.au/
