Biology & Philosophy 11(3) page problem

Sorry to take up bandwidth about a problem which is probably insoluble,
but - I have just received my copy of Biology & Philosophy Vol.11 pt.3 and
find that the only paper which I need to read (fairly urgently) (Wilson,
pp.405-420) has the pages garbled.  The pages go 399, 320, 321, 402,
403, 324, 325, 406, 407, 328, 329, 410, 411, 332, 333, 414, 415 then OK.
 I presume all copies are like this, but if anyone has a good copy with that
paper complete I should appreciate the missing pages.
