Purchasing ICBN from US or Germany

For what it's worth--it is just a tad cheaper for U.S. folk to buy the ICBN
from Koeltz' German distributorship, as the Illinois distributor refuses to
give the 20% discount to IOPB members. I joined two others to e-mail an
order to Koeltz in Germany and they sent the invoice by regular post, with
a note indicating the cost for the three copies in US$ (minus 20%).

If the Illinois distributor doesn't want to give the 20% discount, I'm not
bound to purchase copies from them! (I e-mailed the Illinois distributor
and told them I wasn't interested in buying from them if they were that
cheap.)
