First, apologies if the last person to reply gets a personal copy of this
Second, The program "mapmaker" is for mapping markers on chromosomes, in
genetic studies. So it may be a bit of a red herring to pursue it for maps
concerning geography, unless there are two of the same name.
Third apologies for brevity of this but lack of time and (mainly) computer
illiteracy are to blame.
