The Institute for Systematic Botany at the University of South Florida
is proud to announce the establishment of our permanent site on the world
wide web.

Along with indroductory material regarding the herbarium and our staff,
our site also includes the following information which may be of interest
to you:

Atlas of Florida Vascular Plants - This project includes distribution
maps for the over 4,000 plant species in the state.

Type specimen collection - Although just begun, we are providing images
of our type specimens and detailed label data.

Flora of Florida - These pages include information about the 7 volume
Flora of Florida project including volume contents listing families, as
well as publishing information.
