South European Botany Dept. addresses wanted

Dear colleagues,

I need addresses to Botanical Institutes or Botany Departments at
Universities from all of south Europe, from Portugal to Turkey. I aim to
send letters to them asking for localities and permission to collect
material for my research on Fraxinus (Oleaceae). I have seen there's a lot
of Frenchmen on Taxacom so maybe some of you can help me. If you know of a
contact person at these places who might be able to help me, that would be
great. Maybe you also know some localities where Fraxinus species grows?
