New species names in theses.

Thanks to all who replied with comments about including new species names in
theses before publication.  I have decided to include
the new names with a statement of no intent for making those names
available through the thesis.  It will save considerable time with tables,
text editing, and figures such as cladograms for submitting a manuscript
