'male' and 'female' symbols

Dear Luis,

We had the same problem at work as mentioned in the start of this thread,
and also the same problem as Alexey Kuprijanov - i.e. no font! Where did you
get it?
Is it a Word or Windows language specific font? If it's public domain, or
obtainable from Microsoft etc then I'm sure lots of us out here would love
to have the source file, legally of course.
