There are many, but I will give you a few:

- A Glossary of Botanic Terms (with their derivation and accent),
  by B.Daydon Jackson (Hafner Publ. CO. INC. 1971)

- Stearn's Dictionary of Plant Names for Gardeners,
  by William T. Stearn (a Handbook on the Origin and Meaning of the
  Botanical Names of some Cultivated Plants; Sterling Publ. Co.Inc.; 1992)

- Plant Identification Terminology, An Illlustrated Glossary,
  by James G.- and M.W. Harris (Spring Lake Publ. Utah, 1994)

The latest is a very nice illustrated book.
